For those of you who pay annually, may I remind you that your subscription
of £5.20 is due in December to secure your membership for a further year.

This is your only reminder. Non payment will presume you are no longer interested in being a member and your name will be removed from the database. You can pay your subscriptions by standing order, simply make arrangements at your bank. Cheques payable to BTLRC and sent to P.O. Box 22, Leeds LS16 7UH. Payment should be made on the 15th of December and you will need our bank account number. Ring Alan Fitton for bank details, using the contact number on the newsletter e-mail. |

AGM |
| The Annual General Meeting of the Leeds Recreational Club
will be held on Wednesday 9th December 2009 at Milford Sports Club in
Beecroft St. (Beecroft St joins Kirkstall Rd to Burley Rd. Travelling from
Leeds along Kirkstall Rd, Beecroft St is the last road on the right before
the traffic lights at Kirkstall Hill.
Alternatively, travel along Burley Road and Beecroft St is the last road on the left before Kirkstall Hill. Those of you who attended AGM's and Wood Trophy evenings many years ago will recognise that this is the same way to the Postal Club building.) Parking is available on the site. Tea will be provided at 5pm prior to the meeting only to those who have sent in a request. The meeting will start at 6pm. Nominations for committee. Click here for your nomination form.

as Buttons in "Jack and the Beanstalk".
Tickets are available for the 2.30pm show (make your own way there) and will be sold on a first come first served basis until our supply is exhausted. So get your applications in early. Cost of the dress circle seat is £14, (£22.50 is what you will pay if you book your own.)
