Oakdale
Designer Dr Alister MacKenzie created a unique mix of moorland and parkland with no two holes alike. Built on a gently sloping site with the Oak beck running through. 6484 yards, Par 71.

Barnsley
Municipal Golf Course, Barnsley is an interesting and extremely challenging course where wayward shots are punished and good ones rewarded. The course has many great holes but it is the collection of par threes that will stick in the memory the most. 6,005 yards, par 69.

Cave Castle (Brough)
Opened in 1989 the course is maturing well and has a good mix of undulating meadow and parkland holes. Trees and water come into play on a number of holes which provides a good test for all levels of golfer. 6,524 yards, par 72.

Scarthingwell (Tadcaster)
An easy-walking 18-hole course, Scarthingwell Golf Course lies 4 miles south of Tadcaster, adjacent to the A162 on the edge of the Vale of York and close to the site of the infamous Battle of Towton. 6,771 yards, par 72.

Bracken Ghyll (Addingham)
Set in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales Bracken Ghyll provides stunning views of Wharfedale and the surrounding hills. With an interesting mix of holes the course is both a challenge to the keen golfer and a pleasure for the more casual player. Yards 5608, Par 68

Queensbury
9-hole course with a variety of short yet difficult holes together with some long uphill par fours. This is a tricky 9 hole course where accuracy rather than distance is the key to a good round.

Cleckheaton (Captain’s Day)
The course was designed by the famous golf architect Dr Alistair McKenzie, and not changed apart from lengthening the course to just under 6,000 yards. Easy walking in some attractive parkland. Well kept, it offers a real challenge to players of all abilities. Yards 5926, Par 70.

All the above are full packages (unless stated) - coffee & bacon sandwich, 9 holes, lunch, 18 holes then evening meal. 

Should you wish to attend any of the venues, a £5 deposit will be needed to secure a place on the golf days. Deposit for Event 5 (Overnight trip) is £35 and places are limited

Smart casual wear is acceptable at all events, apart from the trip and Captain's Day, where jacket and tie are required. 

You should arrive around 1 hour before tee off time to ensure a prompt start and to get your butty!

Please let me know as soon as possible prior to an event, if you know you cannot attend an event that you were due to. A minimum of one weeks notice would be appreciated.
